Direct Access Testing 

Sterling Wellness Solutions offers inexpensive direct access lab testing (DAT) through our CLIA certified laboratories.  This allows patients to have greater access to tests without dealing directly with a physician (Except for the States of New York and New Jersey) or with complex managed care situations.  It also allows patients to keep certain sensitive test results, such as drug tests or tests for sexually transmitted diseases, out of their medical records or away from potential insurers.

1. Select the lab tests you would like to order.  Click on a category in the left hand column to see a full list of available tests.  If you know the name of the test you need, use the search feature to search by name.  
2. Add the selected test(s) to the shopping cart, and continue shopping to select additional tests.
3. If you have a discount screening code, enter it at the bottom of the screen.
4. Proceed to checkout.
5. New users, register as a new customer, and complete your personal information.
6. Returning users, enter your user name and password.
7. Accept the terms and conditions.  (Access the complete terms and conditions in the left hand column.)
8. Print your requisition form to bring with you for testing.
9. Locate a participating lab near you.

• For a copy of a Health Insurance Claim Form click on the thumbnail to the right of the Claim Center page. (If you have a printer that prints on both sides of the paper please set it up to do so)
